Daily Activity 30 (ENG)
Thursday, December 5, 2019. Today is the day where the Traditional Culinary Fest Project Celebes from our class was held at the Makassar State Polytechnic Tourism Hall. On the previous day, I intervened more on my product and Andini namely Udon Sop Siblings and Lumpia and we shared the task to focus more on one product, so I handled Udon Sop Siblings, with some assistance from friends. Even though we have our own duties, we always help one another. Today I am at Udon Sop Saudara station while Andini is at Lumpia station. I was accompanied by Fikriyyah and Widi Wandini. Initially I was doubtful about this menu which I insisted on maintaining this Udon Celebes menu, in fact there were many who liked it. This is beyond my own prediction. Despite lack of sleep, fatigue, and hunger, we ended with gratitude and thanks to those who came for this simple event. Here are some of the documentation that I had done today.
