Daily Activity 22 (ENG)

The twenty-first day of practice in semester 5. This week we are focused on conducting the first Prototype on the R&D Products for our Final Project.
We were also advised to finalize the concept and knowledge before conducting the first trial so that there were not many failures that occurred and the trials could run well. My R&D product is made from Coppeng fruit or known as Jamblang fruit with the scientific name Syzygium Cumini to make Sorbet.
Today I made my first Prototype without using any additional ingredients and only used Jamblang Fruit, Water, Lemon Juice and Simpe Syrup. Then I freeze until the next day.
