Daily Activity 16 (ENG)

The fifteenth day of practice in semester 5. After lobster plating yesterday, today we return to the Traditional Pastry Dish. Namely me, Andini, and Eriyanto made Pia.
So some groups work on Pia, and some work on Lapis Legit. First of all, we prepare the pia filling first, because we are prohibited from using Chocolate, so we use Almond Rosted and then crush it, plus white eggs and Icing Sugar. after that we prepare ingredients for the Dough Pia. Due to Salah recipe, the first attempt made Pia fail miserably after being used and the filling became very hard. We also plan to make the stuffing from green beans only. Today we immerse the green beans, tomorrow we will process them into a filling for pia. Then we GC together and then go home.
