Daily Activity 15 (ENG)

Tuesday, October 1, 2019.
The fourteenth day of practice in semester 5. Arriving in the kitchen, Fikriyyah and I worked on Lobster for a sous vide for 1 hour.

After that we made Sauce Mayonnaise and then after Lobster was finished on sous vide, I opened the Lobster from its shell carefully. Then after that I slipped a little Mozzarella Chesse and then rosted it for about 15-20 minutes to get a more perfect color, at the same time we sauté some capagnon mushrooms as condiment.

After all is done, I put the finishing touches to Lobster and Mushroom torching then I plating. I am very excited, because this is my first time working on Lobster especially as a steering wheel holder to finish it.
