Daily Activity 7 (ENG)

Seventh day of practice in semester 5. Because I am the class leader today replacing Siti Aisyah, when I arrived at the Kitchen, I absent my friends and then I prepared fast food ingredients for tomorrow. I got a task to made piscok mozarella and lumpiah skin.

First I made a Chocolate Ganache then made lumpiah skin, and cut bananas. Then filled the spring rolled skin with Cibay dough then filled the spring roll skin with sliced ​​bananas, ganache, and mozarella and fold it. After everything was settled, I cleaned my work area and did general cleaning at the Pastry.

While waiting for semester 3 and 1 to finishing the general cleaning, I checked everything in the kitchen until all kitchen areas have been cleaned either by semester 1.3, or 5. After that We wait for Mr. Ical to came to received the punishment of failing to made croissants for who made croissants then go home just before sunset.
