Daily Activity 6 (ENG)

The sixth day of practice is in semester 5. Yesterday we were pleased to come before 7 o'clock to make a criossant. I was alone with Fikriyyah to make croissants.
I started to prepare dry ingredients and Fikriyyah prepared croissant fat. After that we started making croissant dough. After that we rest in room temperature for 60 minutes. Then we roll and add the croissant fat then fold it single, put it in the chiller for 30 minutes and repeat for 2 times. Then I mold it and proofing for 1 hour, and made 45 minutes with the heat of the oven that was not as balanced as that, so my croissant be fell and failed 100%.
Feeling Anger and disappointed with ourselves when I failed every time, When I used any kind of methods and recipes but still fail. So that my friend and I who failed had to run 3 times as punishment for the failure of making the croissant.
