Daily Activity 24 (ENG) #FinalReport


04 June 2018, at the Kitchen Laboratory at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. At 08:05 am I arrived at  Kitchen, Today is my Final Practice Day in Second Semester with my group mates. At 09.23 am Mr. Ical came then standing one line (standing on one medium-sized floor) in Main Kitchen for Section division.

The Rotation menu that we will work on for Final is Rotation 2.4 which is Jepanese Food and I got Section Main Course which is Sushi. Types of Sushi to be made were Gunkan, Nigiri, Temaki, and Hosomaki. At 10:00 am some ingridients were prepared to be processed at 01.00 am. At that Hour, I started cooking 2 kg of Japanese Rice. 


When cooking rice, I give confidence to my friend to continue the handling of rice, but the result was not appropriate as I want so it is less good when in use to make Sushi. After that Rice Vinegar, Salt, and Sugar then stirred then ready for use. I myself handle the Hosomaki section. After that I helped make Nigiri. 

   
After Section Main Course that Sushi has finished, I help other section, be it section Appetizer, Soup, or Dessert. Last We Plating on Table Working with Mr. Ical.

After all was done, We started preparing Fasting Menu and Breaking Fast together at 06.00 pm. Afterwards We did General Cleaning, I and Yusria clean the Office and Main Kitchen. At 08:45 pm we were Standing One line while given input by Mr. Ical then Going Home At 09.00 pm.
