Tourism Polytechnic. Exactly at 08:00 am check completeness was done by 3
Supervasiors that are Senior Semester 4 of Food Production Management. After
checking, I keep the bag in the looker and then standing one line (standing on
one medium-sized floor), then immediately took out the ingridients that had been
prepared yesterday for the Soup Menu of Tom Yam Goong which was typical of
Thailand.


Tom Yum is a spicy soup and acid dish. The word "Tom Yam" comes from
the Thai word "Tom" and "Yam". Tom refers to the boiling
process, and Yam refers to Thai Typical spice types. While the word
"Goong" means Shrimp in Thai word. I also sauté lemongrass, lime
leaves, ginger, and galangal using olive oil and then put it into the Strimp
Stock.
Because the shrimp provided before the previous less, so I and others
add a few shrimp. After that I entered the pastry to help prepare the
ingredients, as well as helping the Dessert Section that handles Khao Neow Ma
Muang (Sticky Rice With Mango). After that I headed to Resto to do Table Manner
with Thai Typical menu.
At 1:15 pm. Close Resto and some of us started doing General Cleaning, I was cleaning in Main Kitchen and Mini Library. After General Cleaning At 03.00 pm, we ate together, then came home at 5:30 pm.
