Daily Activity 15 (ENG)



10 April 2018, at the Kitchen Laboratory at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. Exactly at 08:15 am check completeness was done by 3 Supervasiors that are Senior Semester 4 of Food Production Management. After checking, I keep the bag in the looker and then standing one line (standing on one medium-sized floor), then immediately did the preparation for open restaurant at 12.00 pm. I immediately brought out Dorayaki Dough and Azuki Paste from Chiller.

I then chose a good teflon for pan frying on the Dorayaki game. Some times it failed and burned, we finally changed the teflon with a small saute pan, I wasted many times to make Dorayaki with perfect color, but I finally got it done with even though there has been a lot of batter wasted due to the failure that I did.


Me and 3 friends from my group focused on making Dorayaki, while 4 others took over to prepare the ingredients for Menu Rotation 2.1 on Section Main Course that was Beef Rice Bowl.

After I made Dorayaki, Chef Dyno showed me how to roll sushi.  
 
When Dorayaki finished in Pan Frying, we started to fill it with Azuki Paste, after it was over, Dorayaki suddenly less than 40, then I immediately made the dough, but continued by my friend because I have to Resto for Table Manner. At 1:15 pm. we started doing General Cleaning, I was cleaning in Area Pastry. After General Cleaning At 03.00 pm, we ate together, then came home at 5:45 pm.
