Laboratory at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. Exactly at 08:10 am check
completeness was done by 3 Supervasiors that are Senior Semester 4 of Food Production Management. After
checking, I keep the bag in the looker and then standing one line (standing on one medium-sized floor), each section explained the menu and then proceeded to
prepare for Open Resto, I went to Pastry to continue the Yellow Butter Cake,
but we lacked Butter Cake and
Whipe Cream, so we madee each other a half of Recipe.

Me and Fitri started to decorate Butter Cake which was previously taught how to smeared whipe cream by Mr. Ical very well. Since the Section Division tomorrow has been determined, some people handled the preparations for Main Course which is Fillet of Dori Maniere for tomorrow, others handled The Dessert for Prescription Open Resto today. Suddenly, we thought to change the color of one of three Whipe Cream that has been given color. More precisely, we just added Whipe Cream without color until the color changed to be a little soft.
I started to decorate the Yellow Butter Cake. After Close Order at Resto, Chef Dyno came and we immediately Standing Oneline to clarify Recipe for tomorrow. I started to process the potato and baby Carrot.
But
our activity was a
little disturbed because behind the Kitchen and Restroom was overflow. When I finished General Cleaning, Me and Friends did Prying at Office because there was Taklim at Mosque. After that, We ate more food of the menu that has been made, then Home at 06:45.
