Daily Activity 4 (ENG)
Thursday, February 15, 2018, at the Kitchen Laboratory at
Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. My group got a turn to follow the SPT in the
kitchen classroom. Previously, my arrival to the campus at 7:15 am due to heavy
rains. then gathered at 07:58 am to check the completeness by 3 Supervasior of Senior Semester 4 of Management Food Production. After checking, I keep the bag in the looker and then standing one line (standing on one
medium-sized floor). Then I brought out the Kaliwang chicken from the chiller
that I had saved yesterday.

We spent a long time standing one line to clarify the day's activity, and started preparing to be served in
POLTEKPAR Restaurant and I prepared the class for SPT. Every now and then I
also do check on the kaliwang chicken that want to roast. Because Mrs. Weronika
is not yet present, I took the time to petrify Cheker parts and other parts.
Afterwards, I started SPT by publishing the correct blog in English. not only
that, me and my friends also learn about the writing of clock, date, and
tensis.
I also remember the
message from Mrs. Weronika, She said "Make it simple as long as you
can. If you make a long sentence it will be too much false you got". At
12:25 pm, I finished SPT then take a break before doing General Cleaning with
ADH. More food from Resto can also be eaten without scrambling, it's like
celebrating something big. After that, we do the sharing of places to clean
together with ADH. Then I got a Cold Kitchen. After General Cleaning, We are
oneline with ADH at 05.37 pm. then go home.
