Daily Activity 23 (ENG)

The twenty-second day of practice in semester 5. This week we are focused on conducting the first trial on R&D Products for our Final Project.

Today I brought the results of the first trial to Mr. Wawan and Mr. Ical. The results are also very many shortcomings, ranging from Sorbet which is very easy to melt, less pleasant aroma, and a very sweet taste. I decided to use the Stabilizer in the Kitchen, which is Gelatin. However, even more binding to the fiber in the fruit, but with this gelatin can maintain freeze a little longer than the first trial without using a stabilizer at all.
