Daily Activity 23 (ENG)

09 Mei 2018, at the Kitchen Laboratory at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. Exactly at 08:05 am check completeness was done by 3 Supervasiors that are Senior Semester 4 of Food Production Management. After checking, I kept the bag in the looker and then standing one line (standing on one medium-sized floor) in Main Kitchen.
My activities was different than usual, as I and several my friends interviewed in the Rectorate Room for Training Preparation, so we did not help our group to finish the meal this time. Our interview finished at 13.00, just when the Open Resto took place . I was just helping a few small things in the Main Course and Dessert Section.

  

After the restaurant closed, we did General Cleaning. But before that, I prepared some Ingredients for "
Anak Bangsa" because this is the last Practice in Kitchen before Final and Training. After General Cleaning, we started eating together then Standing Oneline who was directed by Chef Dyno gave some direction and advice for the Training later.



After that
We took pictures with Supervisiors who Incharged at that time then Return Home at 05:45 pm.
